WildCoders Arena

Terms of Service

Effective date: Pending — to be set with the final terms

The service

WildCoders Arena is a learning game for kids ages 8–13. Children invent solutions in their own words to get past friendly obstacles, with a grown-up able to follow along. These Terms are the agreement between you (the parent or guardian) and WildCoders for your family's use of the game.

By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use WildCoders Arena.

Your account

A grown-up is the account holder. Children do not create accounts and do not sign in themselves — a parent or guardian sets up the account and lets their child play.

You are responsible for your child's use of the game and for keeping your account sign-in secure. The game is built for children, but the account, the subscription, and the decisions around them belong to you.

Subscription & billing

WildCoders Arena is a paid subscription, offered as a monthly or an annual plan. Here is how billing works:

  • It renews automatically. Your plan continues at the end of each billing period — every month or every year — until you cancel.
  • There is no free trial. Your first payment is charged immediately when you subscribe, and each renewal is charged at the start of the new period.
  • You can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

If a renewal payment fails, we may pause access until your billing details are updated.

Acceptable use

Please use WildCoders Arena the way it's meant to be used — as a safe game for your family.

  • Don't attack, overload, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the service, and don't try to defeat its safety features.
  • Don't share or resell your account. Please keep it to one subscription per family.
  • Don't use the game to send anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful.

We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules — especially to protect the kids who use the game.

Items, abilities & in-game content

Everything your child unlocks — items, gear, abilities, characters, and progress — is cosmetic and part of the story. It has no real-world cash value.

  • In-game items and abilities cannot be bought, sold, or traded for real money.
  • There is no real-money trading, no marketplace, and no gambling or loot-box mechanics.
  • We may add, change, or retire in-game content as the game grows.

The game is provided "as is"

We work hard to make WildCoders Arena safe, reliable, and genuinely fun, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." We don't promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every feature will be available at all times.

WildCoders Arena is a learning game — it is not professional educational, psychological, or medical advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WildCoders and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be set with the final terms], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The founder will set the authoritative version of this clause with the finalized Terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these Terms, we'll update the effective date above and, for meaningful changes, let account holders know. Continuing to use WildCoders Arena after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
